For purposes of this agreement the purpose of processing personal information are:
§ the performance of the obligations of the Company under the contracts (including orders execution, sale and delivery of goods);
§ administration of user accounts on the website, the mobile app;
§ feedback in relation to the goods/services of the Company (including through SMS messages, e-mails, phone calls) and the subsequent analysis of the obtained data;
§ providing additional information about the Company (including information on the activities implemented products/services) via text messages, emails, phone calls, in the case of the subscription user;
§ study and analysis of the market (including by means of monitoring actions on websites, in mobile applications used by the Company);
§ determine whether events and their format (including incentive advertising events).
This consent is granted for the accomplishment of the following actions (operations) with personal data with use of means of automation or without use of such means: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, transfer (including dissemination, providing access to a certain number of third parties to achieve these goals), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
I agree to transfer my personal data to partners of the Company to perform obligations under the sale of goods and rendering of services on the website://www.annaeshwood.com for the following purposes: providing information about the Company (including information on the activities implemented products/services) via text messages, emails, phone calls, and receiving feedback in relation to the goods/services of the Company (including through SMS messages, emails, phone calls, in the case of the subscription user) and the subsequent analysis of the obtained data, study and analysis of market events (including promotional events advertising), analysis of preferences in respect of goods and services, the Company in accordance with the purposes of the data processing Anna Ashford LLC.
