Shamanism and knowledge of ancient cultures is my element, where I see organic and natural, the unity of the spirit of man and his mother, nature, balance and harmony.

Medical school gave me the basics, the rest of my knowledge is pure life experience.
Studying the practices of ancient cultures and religions led me to the understanding that all teachings speak of one thing.
We are one and we are Consciousness and if we learn to live in a dual world but think non-dualistically, that is, without condemning and accepting each experience as a great sacred lesson of being, then we go through life in harmony with ourselves and the world.

Replacing old programs with new, more holistic and positive ones.
For me, breathing practice is a change of the old paradigm, a rewriting of limiting beliefs that most likely prevent us from being in those states and levels of life that we are looking for to feel happiness and harmony. After all, if we are satisfied with what we have, we would not be searching now.
These conditions arise from constant chronic stress, and stress is an unconscious reaction to an irritant that has been formed in the family where we grew up from generation to generation. The good news is that these template reactions can also be rewritten, one by one, by discovering them in a breathing ceremony, which is more effective than working with a psychologist, since the psychologist will be our own subconscious, and not an intermediary with subjective experience and beliefs.
Over the years of tension and compression, we have forgotten how to relax.
We have even forgotten how to breathe deeply, which in turn slows down and worsens the flow of energy and all fluids to the internal organs and cells.
After practice, you will feel a sense of flight, freedom and joy, this is a consequence of the opening of energy centers and the strengthening of intracellular blood supply and oxygen enrichment, which leads to physical health if practiced regularly.

After 5 sessions of one of the cycles, you will notice for yourself a significant clarity and understanding of the reasons leading you to the above-mentioned states.
However, after completing the annual cycle, you will acquire the skill of building your inner world so that it becomes your home where you feel good and comfortable wherever you are.
With Inspiration I am waiting for you, because this is what I went through myself and having overcome the dark night of the soul, I came out to my light, I am ready to share my insight with you.
1 - Organize a secluded space for yourself so that no one will disturb you.
2 - It is better to use a computer or laptop, you can adjust the sound settings there. Sound is very important in the ceremony.
3 - You can have a light snack no later than an hour before the ceremony so as not to be hungry. But do not overeat, you can fall asleep during the process.
4 - Organize a comfortable place where you will lie during the practice, not too hard.
A flat pillow and a blanket to cover yourself with, it can be cold during the ceremony.
5 - Put a glass of water and napkins nearby.
6 - Come to the Zoom room at least 5 minutes before the practice to tune in to the practice.
7 - Be open to this experience and trust the process.
- Duration of one meeting is 2 hours.
- At each meeting we discuss the topic of the ceremony for 30 minutes
- The breathing ceremony lasts 50/60 minutes - Completion, exit from the ceremony and discussion of the process, sensations and experience gained.
