3.1. Information about online-courses and products can be found on the Web-Site http://annaeshwood.com.
3.3. All the text information and graphic images appearing on the Web-Site are the property of the Administration of the Web-Site.
4. TERMS OF ONLINE-COURSE PURCHASE
4.1. An order shall be placed by the User on its own on the Web-Site.
4.2. In order to gain access to an online-course it is necessary to choose a corresponding product that you want to purchase in the “Online Academy” section, then after the “Purchase” button has been pressed the product will be added to the cart.
4.3. After the purchase has been closed on it is necessary to go to the cart page and after pressing the “Place the order” button pass on to filling in all the details of the order, including the payment information.
4.4. If all the information has been inserted correctly the order will be placed and money will be debited from your account. When the order is placed the User agrees that it has full information about a course and its consumer properties.
4.5. After the payment has been arranged materials about the course chosen and paid by the User will appear in the User account.
4.6. Pay attention that after the User has started to watch an online-course the money is not returned to it. Thus, by opening a Course the User confirms that it has read and understood this term.
5. TERMS OF PRODUCT PURCHASE
5.1. In order to arrange a purchase, the User should choose a product it likes. The Administration ensures that a product page contains full information about this product and its consumer properties.
5.2. A purchase is carried out directly on the page of the product. In order to arrange a purchase, you need to choose the corresponding product features, then upon pressing the “Purchase” button the product will be added to the cart.
5.3. After the purchase has been closed on it is necessary to go to the cart page and after pressing the “Place the order” button pass on to filling in all the details of the order, including the payment information. If all the information has been inserted correctly the order will be placed and money will be debited from your account.
5.4. The Administration ensures that all products have undergone manual test for quality and lack of defective features.
5.5. In case a defect in a product is detected the User is entitled to send an application for a product test to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org with the description of a problem. In this case the User agrees that the costs for an examination shall be born by the User.
5.6. Within 30 calendar days the Administration shall send to the User an instruction on examination, an address for passing on the product, and an invoice for an examination. After the User has paid the invoice it shall send it to the Administration at the aforementioned electronic address with a receipt of sending the product to examination attached.
5.7. At a set time the User shall receive an examination report on the existence/absence of a defect in the product.
5.7.1. In case a defect exists the Administration hereby undertakes in a reasonable period of time to replace the product and reimburse to the User all documented costs related to the examination within 10 business days from the date supporting documents have been received from the User.
5.7.2. In case a defect is absent the Administration shall not be liable for product replacement and costs reimbursement. The User is not entitled to a free product replacement.
5.8. A product should be checked by you in the presence of a courier. If you have accepted an order without inspection the Administration of the Web-Site shall not bear any responsibility for order integrity, quality and completeness.
6. APPLICABLE LAW
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable law of England, notwithstanding the conflict of laws that may serve as a reason for applying a law of another jurisdiction.
