My father is a hairdresser so I am in this profession since childhood. At first I was an assistant, I swept the floor and cleaned the working place. In a few years I started to work with my father. I was entirely taken up by the profession. I wanted better results. I have a technical way of thinking and I cannot accept the visual approach to hair cutting. It does not give you the opportunity to control the shape and to guarantee a predictable result. No trainer could give me technical knowledge until 2014. I even wanted to change my profession. I first attended Anna Eshwood seminar in winter 2014. There I got the impulse to grow both as a professional and as a person. I discovered that every action can be meaningful, that method and discipline are crucial. In two years of practicing my attitude to the hairdressing profession changed completely. Once again I started to enjoy it, I was proud of the results. I realized that I can be not only a craftsman but a real designer who is not restrained by any boundaries in his creative work and self-fulfillment. From 2015 to 2016 I completed the six weeks of license training. After that I individually worked with my personal progress file for half a year. And I still continue my progress file. In March, 2017 I received the ANNA ESHWOOD LTD license that gives me the right to teach the Fundamental Shapes and Techniques course in Stavropol. Apart from having 18 years of hairdressing experience I have been the director of my own beauty salon for more than 10 years and of the hairdressing college in Stavropol for more than 2 years. There I try to implant to my students and employees not only the techniques that I learnt from Anna Eshwood, but also her philosophy which is, in my opinion, the philosophy of a true professional.
